Get into the habit of mewing
Solve math equations in my head at the wage cage
Break a sweat running after work
Abstain from fapping entirely
Eat only organic foods
Read a bible verse every day
Complete a manifesting ritual as I fall asleep or induce lucid dreaming
Am I missing anything? Think this is a good plan?
