>>4014664I know this isn't satisfying advice, but idle hands are the devil's playthings. The greatest asset we have against despair is industriousness. Little by little, as long as you keep working, and really working, not simply kicking by the hours on a clock, you'll find you're improving.
That said, I'll pray for you Anon. It sounds like you've been given heavy burdens to bare, and that interaction drew them out.
