Is there another label you could use to describe Kuroneko's cosplays? I know in series they call it gothic lolita, but when you look at other gothic lolita stuff, or just lolita in general, aren't they usually more complicated? There's a lot of emphasis on ribbons, bows, lace, and frills, more than Kuroneko uses, and outfits of that type are usually significantly more "busy" than hers. Compared to them Kuroneko's are actually really simple, using minimal amounts in appropriate spots to provide accent. I really like Kuroneko's cosplays, but I dislike lolita because of how overboard it goes with frills and stuff. Kuroneko's are the only ones I've seen that keep it simple and they're the only lolita ones I've seen that I like
