The thing is that ecchi is NSFW, which is not allowed at all on /c/ per board rule 2, so mods will delete images as needed. There is no rule against SFW yuri, just NSFW yuri. If that image was lewder, then it would have been deleted as well.
Its nothing too crazy desu.
