>>2840071), I think a lot of those accusations towards Trump are exaggerations. Now I come from a country where my right wing parties are more like your Democrats, but even I can say that Trump's visa restrictions from various countries, including the refugees are more than fair at this stage.
The US has become somewhat of the "Sugar Daddy" in international relations, and it's actually keeping countries from developing. I see it in my country as well, as we're a part of NATO and the US does far more than their share of work, we cheat on the US by not putting in the efforts ourselves.
There are good reasons for what Trump is doing, and calling it "racist" is simply a cheap rhetoric attack in my opinion. No one likes bigots, rapists and so on, so calling people that rather than looking at the picture is an easy and effective tactics.
