Or you can consider yourself a computer made or meat and chemistry. Basicly a machine to eat shit and breed.
But you still have a unique composition of your very own brain and potential to mrove your own species if you are to breed and grow up nice childern. Slightly less depressing realistic look at it.
But in EVA there is a concept if singulr immortal soul that cannot be copied and cannot be destroyed.
