Sorta wish she had joined the RCAF to tell the truth, then we'd have had the Pilot 'sisters', but going Egyptian Army like Ana is fine too.
I'd certainly say that HSI either inherited or bought old OW gear, going by the shot of Lena and Winston leading the Overwatch mooks with what seemed to be a familiar Raptora in the background(What I referred to with hoping the Lore Team were good in the good old days).
I just hope we get something too, anything, but...not holding my breath.
