I'd stay at the hospital for several weeks with a bunch of other patients (not completely closed off, you get free time to leave and staying at home for a night on the weekends is encouraged later on). It'd basically be lots of group therapy + psychological supervision + optional meds from what I've understood. Afterwards it fades into going there for only half the day or even just having the classic meetings with a therapist once every while
