The downside is that we have to wait, and often for very long stretches through an unpleasant status quo. The upside is that the payoff should be all the more cathartic when it finally arrives.
So I'm sure we'll get it eventually; maybe around the same time Lucio and DVa actually do something or when Tracer manages an accomplishment that actually matters.
