>>2746108Standing back and ignoring my own biases, I think Pharah is best girl, but Tracer will always be my favorite because she hits so many points that I personally love (nice, fun, energetic, cute and sporty, short hair, freckles; no one else stood a chance). They’re both awesome, and I’m really looking forward to either of them getting their own shorts. Especially Tracer, because the last one she was in was not a fun time. That ending left a bad taste in my mouth, and I feel like I need a palate cleanser.
As for why Pharah doesn’t have as much (at least from Japan), that’s probably an unfortunate consequence of being a stern, serious, armored military type at the mercy of a fan art community that loves its cute, energetic anime girls. Which would explain why D. Va, Tracer and Mei are so popular. Also, Japanese media doesn’t have the most spotless record when it comes to brown people, so an insular cultural mindset may also be a factor. Which is a damn shame, because brown girls are awesome.
