Elf = kuroneko's chuuni + Kirino's attitude
Hana/Muramasa = Saori's ojou sama + Ruri's kuudere
Megumin = Kirino's ego + Rin minus her athleticism
Sagiri = Kirino, Ruri, Ayase, Manami and Saori's quiet side, most particularly Saori's younger self
Shido is basically Mikagami + Miyabi
They also gave us some cameos in the 2nd to last episode; Gennosuke and the twins running around Akiba, the maid cafe girl is the same, Miyabi and Sena on a date while Akagi watches from behind a pillar, Mikagami and his brother, and there was the banner for Kanako. Only ones missing were Ayase and Manami.
All in all a good watch. I'll be glad to see it turn into something great next season like how Oreimo S2 was 3x as good as S1
