>>3292523>>3292531I think the kneeling thing is just something that comes with practice. I kneeled like that all the time kid when playing cards with my friends no problem, had a skiing accident at 16 where I hurt my right knee. Took 3 months too and I couldn't kneel like that for the time.
Now when I try too kneel like it hurts like crazy cause the bands in my knees aren't used to the strain anymore
