>>3578960>They do make a few generic blends stillThey should still contain the same extract (WS5570, which is standardized to hyperforin) that Perika did, since it's their patent and all. I can't back that claim up with anything though.
>If you told me that America was run by vampires that feed off of suffering, I'd believe you. I've never heard about the opioid epidemic through local media. Only online. But I really do hate the way your medical system operates, it fills me with a mixture of sympathy for those affected and frustration towards those that are in charge of it.
>And then we all collectively scratch our heads as to why our suicide rate has been on a steady climb since 2006. I fucking hate this place. We're on opposite sides of the spectrum, I think. My country doesn't take mental health seriously and most resort to self-medicating with alcohol, myself included. Which is why most people here are depressed and/or alcoholics. I'm not fond of it at all.
On your end, depression is overtreated and overdiagnosed, to the point where saying that you are depressed provokes no sympathy and simply merits an Rx for whatever brain-melting drug some "specialist" arbitrarily chose for you. A patient that undergoes long-term treatments is very financially convenient, and few people in the pharmaceutical industry have qualms with exploiting that.
Sorry for the rant. I'm just desperately holding onto the hope for some proper, safe treatment being discovered one day. I hate that people are allowed to live like this.
