>>3696562>Discussion about characters is things like what they did, who they are.Stuff like that.Except barely anyone does that on /a/. There isn't much to talk about about the series after it ends, everyone talks about their "fantasies".
Literally, first thread on /a/ right now.
>>>/a/204217492 Do they talk about characters or about their fantasies?
It literally makes no sense to ban waifu discussion, except to appeal to normalfags.
>That is what the mods removed them for originally. If that were the case, then these threads would not exists there for years. They were removed because of how /a/ changed, with removing generals, removing serious waifu discussion, etc. Just notice how ironic waifu posting is allowed, even though it's the same fantasies as we post.
>>3696567>Also being created on Wednesday doesn't mean it needs to clutter up the board for an extra day. That how it always was. You can't say "/a/ I think can get Waifu Wednesdays" if literally everything that makes waifu thread a Waifu Wednesdays is not allowed.
>Most of 4chan simply does not want that on their boards. There isn't any one shitposter or mod out to get these threads removed. It's not as complicated as that.Literally no one cared on /a/ until /a/ decided to have all these changes. No one cared about waifu threads here as well until the threads fell into shitposting. It didn't seem like much people would mind waifu thread on /jp/ before it was overtaken by shitposting.
As long as we don't cause much problems and reports, no one really cares for a thread like this.
