the 8 can be read as "hachi", which is shortened to "ha" here. Similarly, "ba" is also approximated as 8, since in Japanese "ha" is は, and "ba" is just ば, or は with the topright marks
10 can be read as "jyu" if you use the basic reading of the numbers (ichi, ni, san, ..., jyu), but in this case the counting version is being used (hitotsu, futatsu, mittsu, ..., to) and in this sytem, 10 is "to".
2 here is being read in English, as in "two", but since it's a japanese pun, "two" has been japanized as "tsu-" as japs can't pronounce "two" properly.
9 being "gu" is similar to how "ba" is 8, in japanese 9 is usually "kyu", but can also be read as "ku" (especially in these number puns), and that's spelled as く. *gu* is ぐ in Japanese, so it's just "ku" with the topright marks again.
