I met girls who were full fucking blast trying to act as cute as humanly possible. It was fucking pathetic. Once I actually got to know them, they were the exact fucking opposite of cute. A couple were even pretty deranged. But there are ones that aren't so obvious, too.
My golden rule about this is: if they do something considered "cute" on purpose, they aren't cute. They're trying to be. The only things that are truly cute are things that they do unintentionally, because it's who they are.
And yes, it's difficult to discern, especially if you just met them. But after a few months, it's easy to see if their personality is completely hollow or not.
