>>5115You basically learn a ton about theatre. You go around to various workshops and learn new things about shit that'll be fun to do in shows. I even went to a workshop on Chinese Puppetry and Marionettes. Granted, most of it was a massive wank over a show that they worked with at the con, it was pretty neat.
Also you mainly hang out with actors and actresses between shows, critique, talk about previous shows, chatting up leading ladies left and right, and auditions for companies or colleges. Honestly they're the best events I've ever gone to.
