Moot himself had one or two conversations with known ban evaders and never actually banned any himself when they would show up in Q&A threads. That made my blood boil.
The static IDs, random cooldown changes, and R9K script all either hurt or did nothing for the board, absolutely. I wish the total ineffectiveness of the cooldown increase had served as a lesson for moot, but apparently it didn't.
