How the fuck do I take cycling training seriously when I'm running Pfitzinger's 5k plan and weightlift (Originally did PHUL, moved to full body 3 days - but like actual baseline just do the 3 main lifts and maybe 1-2 accessories if I have time). The biggest problem I have is the roads here are bumpy and shit, the drivers are assholes so I have to wake up really early to cycle long distances. Most I really do is commute 7-8 miles one way to work two times a week but I have no idea how to implement a program that wouldn't burn me out or even how to fucking run a program if I have to wake up at 3-4am in the morning and both cycling and running take up the same time slot. Maybe I can drop weight lifting but I don't want to get fucked 3 months later and I won't be able to bench a plate or something.
