>>1947149I keep my phone in a modified ziploc bag (you can make bags smaller using a clothes iron and aluminum foil) so it doesn't get sweaty in my jersey pocket or wet if it rains. Annoying to get in / out of bag so I rarely do it mid-ride. I'd probably end up dropping it if I regularly used it for photos. Then there is the issue with touch screens and gloves when it is colder.
Much faster to use my compact camera, though it is showing its age. The shutter button is glitchy after prefocusing, if you press rest of the way it stops registering the press and has to do another focus before it will take a picture.
