i dont rly like the bike itself desu i bought it over a year ago and barely rode it because the frame is wonky so it always wants to veer left due to the absolute state of carreras manufacturing tollerences in current year
meaning i have to ride with the bike tilted to the right which gives me some weird asymmetric strains particularly my right knee (the short cranks have helped quite alot)
its also strangely heavy for an alu frame
but i was sick of riding my 29er hardtail anyway that thing was too big for me with an awful 1x and hydro brakes and heavy front suspension in just dont need so i said fuckit and stripped it for parts and then built this thing up to be my main bike now
ive also been riding on roads more and more so a hybrid feels quite refreshing after only riding mtbs all my life
its got a kids crankset
a rapid rise deraillieur and the shifters are some weird shimano prototypes i found
my ugly bags are the cheapest on aliexpress and i love them and theres a quite nice m-part rack on it thats been serving me well for the past year
aliexpress lock on grips
the seat sucks so thats gonna be my next upgrade but besides that im rly feelin it
feels nice to ride a 27.5 with a womens frame after a year of riding that awful mens 29er
this babys gonna serve me well while i do my actually nice scratchbuild
