>>1740172Not a bad list, more aimed at hiking then running like OP said. A number of things that aren't needed on a run there.
>>1740184>Ill wear swatpants and have a warm hoodie tied around me in the dayNot if you're planning to run like OP said.
Here's what I take on multi day fast walks/runs in the summer.
>1. Frameless pack. This one is 25L. It's got good straps to secure it to limit movement when running. If I were to start running more than I would look to buy a proper running vest style pack.>2. Electronics. Head lamp and GPS watch. Suunto ambit3 peak.>3. Small piece of micro fibre towel. For feet/condensation.>4. Pole. I have a lighter one for runs but cba getting it out. For the tarp and climbs.>5. Wind pants. Light, packs down smaller than your fist, a god send when there is a wind chill.>6. Wind jacket. Same as above. Much more breathable than the rain jacket so more suited as an active layer when running.>7. Rain jacket. >8. Puffy vest. To suppliment sleeping bag and to wear when eating and setting up camp.>9. Gloves. Just thin liner ones, makes a bigger difference in a wind chill.>10. Buff.>11. Water holder. I just put the platypus there for show, I'd most likely take a 750ml bottle. There's a lot of ground water in the hills here so I can drink at the source and don't need to carry much.>12. Can't see it very well but a water proof stuff sack.>13. Summer down bag. It compacts smaller but there isn't much need to.>14. Hexamid. Light, small, and offers 360 weather protection. Packs smaller.>15. 1/8" foam mat. Just take the chill off the ground.>16. Polycro so I don't have to lie on the wet floor.>17. Pegs.>18. Misc stuff. FAK, repair kit, whistle, aqua tabs.
