>>1825668Can't say how just 2 days will affect you, but I think it's worth it. Since I've reduced my consumption, cooming, and general YouTube/4ch time-wasting; I've been much happier. Never thought a day would come where I'd enjoy growing veggies, camping, fishing and craft hobbies. Mind you, anime got me to even start this autistic but very rewarding journey.
Just know that you should NOT be hard on yourself. If you set rigid guidelines you'll probably fail. As gay as it sounds, learning to love yourself FOR your flaws and the ability to change via self-improvement is key IMO. Don't try to bully yourself to greatness, encourage yourself, and be fair. Start small and accept the unavoidable times you WILL fail for what they are stepping stones. We're all in this and working to improve yourself and if you stick with it, you'll have a positive turn/out/ at the end of the day.
