>consumption - cooming, vidya, YouTube, junk food, 4ch, etc.>production (create value) - gardening, art, writing a book, working, etc.>investment (longterm reward) - reading, exercise, study, eat healthy, etc.All of these activities give you some dopamine, consumption gives you the most but also is a waste of time. The goal is to gradually reduce consumption so your lizard brain is starved for dopamine. Then you try new production or investment activities (e.g. learn to cook). You'll eventually take enjoyment from these since your brain isn't being drugged constantly from consuming shit.
>TL;DR - there is no easy solution. Slowly replace consumption with production & investment. Or stay stagnated where you are. It's your life.
