>>4239641One possible option: You can try finding OG Fuji X100 for 300eur, and it's going to be one hell of a camera for the money, but it's also horrendously slow and it has no phase detection AF. It's pretty great image quality for the price though, and it does nice colors. So, this advice has three caveats:
>it's slow as shit, so you kinda have to accept it and pretend you're all hip and trendy for having slow and mindful film experience every time camera refuses to go, even though film cameras were way faster to operate>it's gonna be hard to find it for 300eur, not impossible but relatively difficult. x100 series as a whole went up in price like hell because it has OVF and it's gimmicky and cool, but I'm pretty sure you can still snatch one for 300eur if you're patient enough>it's not exactly pocketable in the finest sense of the word, for compact standards it's quite a big thing. Goes into pocket regardless, so the decision is up to youFor the price of accepting those downsides, you'll get image quality that goes way, way over your average <=1inch sensor pocket camera. I don't think it's something to aim for first and foremost, but it might be something you might want to keep your eye on.
