For a company that brags about usability, customizability and ''having tons of buttons'' they have surprisingly average number of buttons and switches, even compared to a Z6ll from Nikon, which by the way allowed me for more button customization than my new a7IV that was marketed with that as one of it's main selling points. So yeah... I would need two more buttons on the front of the camera, near the lens mount, similar to how Nikon cameras have it and an additional customizable button, preferably two, near the shutter button or near the C2 and Rec buttons, similar to how 1DXlll, D6, Z9, R3, R5, Z6ll or Z7ll have... If there were 2 more, preferably 3, customizable C buttons on Sony cameras, I would have no bad things to say about Sony cameras, aside from the horrid design/ergonomics.
