I am planning to take portraits outdoor and my setup will be a portable flash unit, a tripod for it, and a light modifier to throw on.
I'm currently torn between:
square/rectangular softbox;
octabox (most versatile maybe?);
strip softbox (sorta inclined to this);
beauty dish;
parabolic softbox ( not the focusing types they would be too bulky).
Other suggestions are very welcome, I wouldn't opt for umbrellas because I feel the whole thing will fall at the slightest breeze.
