>>15982664It's fucking crazy to me that Tony and Vince both have a good and bad philosophy when it comes to wrestling. In Tonys case, trying to be a good and understanding boss makes people more comfortable at work, which is admirable but it can lead to them being spoiled. In Vinces case, his rigid control and having the boys sort out issues themselves while also having some sort of liason leads to a unified locker room, but it also fosters an environment of stagnation because people always have to be exactly what Vince wants, despite examples like Rock and Austin proving him wrong. Like they're both right and wrong at the same time.
