>>5901589Putting your lips to the Rupee you whisper your wish for the success of Hyrule in its war with the Gerudo then throw the gem into the water. It lands with a plop sending ripples across the surface of the spring. You are about to step away when another idea comes to you, and you lower the head of your spear into the water. You concentrate your thoughts and ask that if war cannot be won with a wish, then to grant you the strength to weather the coming conflict. Wishes made you're about to withdraw your spear from the water when sensation washes over you. It's a feeling of... approval? The sensation lasts only a moment then fades and while you don't feel any stronger you feel more determined. You withdraw your spear from the water and walk back with Sotrea.
>Your little R&R has left you relaxed and ready for the future you will gain increased results/benefits from your Sheikah training when you have finished it.Exiting the forest, you look down the mountain to the village below and see a stream of people pouring in from the pass. The caravan had arrived.
"Shit, looks like the tour is over we'd better get back and help out before Impa starts a serious search for us." Sotrea says with a sigh.
"Yeah, this was fun though. Thanks for showing me around."
Sotrea gives you a smile and says "There's still one more place that you have to visit, but I guess it'll have to wait until later, c'mon."
When the two of you at last reunite with Impa, the scrutinizing glare she gives you scolds you more than words ever could, but that doesn't stop her from using her words. "When I sent you two to notify the village of our arrival, I expected you to go notify the elder and the guard captain yourselves. Not, send an errand boy to do it while you went off drinking." Impa lets her words hang for a minute before shaking her head dismissively. "Now time is short so I'll have to spare you your punishments until later. Sotrea you are to assist Naza and Inoh in getting the column settled. Matthias you will accompany me to the elder, she must approve of you before you can be accepted as a Sheikah, and what a fine impression you'll make drunk and dirty as you are." Impa looks like she wants to say more but she clamps her jaw shut and simply beckons you to follow her.
