Cerebros definitely feels like the higher end of FT articulation. Good range on the arms and legs and he's got a decent ab joint. The only real complaint I could make is that his waist swivel gets blocked by his dick plate and his feet kind of suck (it's basically a toe tilt that barely even tilts), but it's not too hard working around that.
I did take his hip skirts off though because I just found them annoying. Also not too worried about paint scratching on this guy, but I'd recommend putting something around his headmaster socket clips to protect the paint on Spike's head. But I also added foam tape to the back of his dick plate and part of his hip section just as a precaution to keep parts from scraping up against each other while posing him.
