>TroopersThe phase 1 clone is better than the original in every way, absolutely perfect. New stormtrooper helmet looks amazing but it's huge. The overall shapes of the phase 2 clone and stormtrooper were definitely better in the originals. Like Boba Fett, the new ones focus too much on accuracy rather than fitting the minifig style, so they end up looking too tall and thin instead of short and wide like a minifig head is. Picrel is a better example of the current phase 2 troopers than that image though.
>aliensThe old ones have their charm but I honestly prefer the current ones. The old ones just look kinda weird and melty due to the shiny plastic and lack of printing (chewy and the ewok look like chocolate). The biggest problem with the new ones is proportional issues again, especially with the ewok and gammorhean. Chewy is supposed to be like 8 feet tall though so it makes sense that he'd be bigger.
