Colored resin tends to discolor when you cut it (the darker the color the more likely it is to discolor) and you are very likely to have flash that you will want to sand off rather than cut off. So you are going to sand it at least to some extent.
And then if you have bubbles you are going to have to fill them and at that point you will have to paint.
That said, you *may* be able to get away with not painting some of the parts if they are very good quality and you are careful. For example all flesh-colored parts of my Nipako are unpainted and only top-coated, but I had to sand them all with 1000grit to make topcoat stick without primer.
