I did two rounds of dunking, one with half the dye, another with the entire bottle added. 5 mins more or less per part, per dunk, for a total of 10 mins per part.
The softer plastic of the foot took quite well to the dye but the hard plastic of the right piece didn't dye as evenly. The shade of green is different too, as you can see.
I literally just threw this experiment together in 5 minutes and didn't even wash the pieces before dunking them. I think with better temperature regulation and longer submersion they can turn out pretty good.
