This will almost literally fix almost every problem if you're a US seller.
I've sold on Ebay for years with these constrictions and I've never had a major problem cause buyers have to follow my rules or they can fuck off. You gotta keep buyers on a short leash and limit them. I'm sure some of you will say this shit turns away potential buyers but in the end it results in zero problems.
And make sure you notify Ebay and opt out of the Global Shipping Program. This way those stupid fucks from third world countries won't try to fuck with you. If they're stupid enough to live in a shithole, they're stupid enough to try to rip you off. The worst are Canadians cause they think they're equal with Americans.
