Personally, I'm pretty let down. This is something I've wanted forever, and it reminds me far, far too much of the Star Wars Transformers we had back in the day, where the vehicle designs clearly came first.
The hollowness and the lack of what has become pretty standard articulation is going to make this thing feel very cheap at its size. I understand the design challenges, I'm sure it wasn't easy to engineer around integrating such a large figure (comparatively speaking to the rest of the Transformers franchise obviously). Hell, I'd say the basics from Titans Returns were usually stifled by having to engineer a giant hole for a titan master, and it's a similar problem here.
I dunno, just feels like such a misstep considering the obvious brand synergy.
