The other thing is the Timmee tank is a replica of a real-world vehicle whose design belongs to the US military and was manufactured by Chrysler. One would have to ask Timmee directly but I can't imagine they had to go ask these entities for permission to make toys of their tanks. If you look closely enough many of these copies aren't even exact copies of Timmee's design: pic related are two non-Timmee Pattons, with visible differences at the base of the gun. They'll often have differing kinds of wheels underneath and other minor differences in detail. If Timmee had a case it'd be in the manufacturing process, but those patents have likely long expired since these have been around for quite some time.
