Shattered Glass is so boring, I'd say if you want evil autobots and good decepticons, keep their personalities the same but twist their morals, so like, Megatron doesn't care about earth and just wants to kill the Autobots and go back to Cybertron as it's leader. Optimus manipulates the humans into thinking they're there to protect them when really he's there for Earths resources for the war. Something like that would be way more interesting than "Gwarr I'm Evil Optimus" and "wouldn't hurt a fly Megatron"
