Thats why early waves of Adventures were the best perfect original themes. Proper balance of vehicles and a lot of environment to play with. Not even nostalgia, just simple fact. Find me any other them with 10 different main sets, with different structures in them.

Obviously. Anon means functionality/features of 2 sets merged into one set for cost cutting. This way they do not have to do car chase from Temple as there's already car in another set. This isn't 90s anymore where we had several similar sets among theme. Adventurers for example had separate car set, separate bi-plane set, then set with car and biplane but reversed roles, then 2 large sets, then 2 medium sets.

Nowdays lego releases 1 big set, one medium, one vehicle themed set and call it a day. And then they release shitload of garbage Star Wars crap as well.

I liked Desert more. Jungle was nice for how small it was but seriously needed more sets. Can someone create a similar chart for Jungle as this one for Desert? Jungle had so many different structures that it is incredible they released these.

I made a guide split into promo sets and regular retail sets. Egypt theme was my fav, someone should make similar chart for Junge and the rest.

I find it amazing how there are 10 different sets where 6 of them have unique build/temple/tomb/structure. Even Pharaoh Quest didn't have as many unique builds, it was just a Pyramid, Sphinx, Obelisk and a shrine. Meanwhile Adventurers have 3 different tombs. You can make tiny LEGO Valley of the Kings with these!

Sphinx set contained all 4 maps, but other than that:
Top Left - the one with image of Khnum (goat/ram-like) came in 3 other sets. Adventurers car (one with Dr, not Johnny), Mummy's Tomb (one with stone head trap) and Baron's plane.

Top-right one (Anubis/Jackal head) was available in set with tan plane and bad guys car, Johhny's car and Mummy's cart.

Bottom left - Thoth (Ibis/bird head) was very rare and came in this >>7785139 set only.

Bottom right looks like Horus with Sun disk. It came in set with tan plane and car or that big temple.

How many sets did you have?

Adventurers 1st wave had:

So it's already 7 tiny sets, but let's ignore them and go to the core. 1st series only, desert/Egypt:
>2 full size cars (JT, Doc)
>2 sets with planes (Baron, Desert Expedition)
>2 small tombs
>2 medium sized tombs
>2 big sets (Sphinx, Temple ruins)
That's why Adventurers were so amazing, There's like 10 main sets, 6 of them are tombs and ruins. You could've had whole Valley of the Kings setting, filled with bigger and smaller tombs spreaded all around your room.
