>>8630353I think Rise is dead as far as toy sales. I haven't really heard or seen anything regarding new toys in what seems like forever. The show is ok-ish, but strays a bit too far from the source material in attempting to be different at every avenue. Playmates themselves should be considered as creators of TMNT as a brand, despite that they existed as a comic book beforehand, Playmates and their toy team, such as Mark Taylor are responsible for a number of the changes to the franchise.
