What's wrong with the headsculpt? I kinda like it. I like how the whole concept of Classics wasn't "let's slavishly recreate this character with modern engineering and sculpting" but instead just "what if Transformers happened in 2006?". Each figure has its own fresh identity and style, for better or for worse, but I'd wager that's why, almost 20 years later, the toys are still appreciated in spite of their flaws. Most modern stuff only exists to be accurate, and it's all going to be discarded and forgotten the moment the next marginal upgrade is announced.

Already posted all my Henkei Roddy pics several threads back, but for now he's still my most recent, and I have to say he's only grown on me, despite having such limited articulation and no 5mm compatibility. Sometimes a gold spoiler and a tiny pizza cutter are all it takes to win me over.

Thinking about getting Animated Rodimus but I'm still not 100% on it.
