Originally I had called in December to see about getting a replacement that didn't have a scrape on the headband, and the rep put in an order for it, but the part never arrived. I called back in January and found out that since the green headband hair was from the Bricktober TRU four-pack so they didn't have any in their warehouse. That rep said they would be able to replace it with a different color (same mold) and that I should expect it at the beginning of March when they restocked their warehouse.
I called Lego today to find out what was going on with the replacement and THIS rep told me that the previous rep had overlooked the fact that the black hair with red headband was from a CMF (Ninjago Movie rocker) so they couldn't replace the piece. That was when the rep told me that her coworker was offering to send me the black Ninjago headband hair FROM HIS PERSONAL COLLECTION. Far be it from me to separate an ayfohl from his klocki, so I said I didn't want to take the piece from him.
