Alongside that stupid idea of making Garchomp some east coast retail exclusive, we'd also end up missing out their last gen 4 wave which had guys like Mismagius and Bibarel. Tomy USA had waves planned out annually, and despite being successful in distribution, they could only release what was on the catalog even though few toys would end up missing. they were more about quality > quantity really.
