>>6677424Probably had something to do with the movie not being that popular, but the fleshie figs turning off diehard western lego nostalgia oldfags.
I had some old sets but i'm not super into cowboys. I just loved the prison you could blow up with dynamite and hiding figures in barrels. KA-POW
>>6678265Pretty sure we never got these here in europe, but these sets were really neat. It's like a slightly more slick and late 90's cool continuation of the classic space 6951 Robot Command centre. Maybe they went awol and incorporated UFO and Exploriens tech? (some people tend to shit on this one but it's my personal favourite set as a 1992 fag. Bought one in box and opened that shit up. The boxart is glorious)
>>6678364Some people like to make their own stuff. Some like just building the sets. Some also like having the boxart and instructions of some sets.
I mostly moc, but do a little of all of these. At some point people are going to complain about everything, especially 4chan. Don't mind it too much. The pretty chill atmosphere of these threads is what makes this my favourite place here now.
As other anons mentioned. Some rare or exclusive pieces that belong to one sets can make buying pieces individually more expensive. But this can vary heavily per case. I've bought sets with rare pieces more valuable than i paid for the entire set.
