It's a lot easier to make the changes in elevation work with less of a risk of derailments if you lose the s-curve, no matter that you're losing that added bit of interest. My only suggestion would be, in going this route, you use a 491mm curve at the circled point, rather than the 718mm curve of the other anon's suggestion. Reason being, you already need a 491mm curve to make the curve at the uppermost bridge work, so you'll be buying a pack of 491mm curves regardless. This way, you can skip buying the pack of 718mm curves (and replace them with another pack of 248mm straights and 64mm straights which you'll need to make everything meet up).
Alternatively, if you'd rather not bother with elevation changes at all, I made up a second example beneath that. It's still got the diamond crossover and the Inglenook puzzle in the north yard, but now you're not overcomplicating things by adding in elevation changes. Though I doubt that's something you're interested in, it's still there as a suggestion just in case the elevation stuff seems too complicated.
