Just because DC had some seriously mediocre comic book artists at the time isn't good enough reason to give us an exact replica; it's not like these are licensed likeness of a live actor from a movie or some such.
I do appreciate the accessories but it's not $50-$65 worth of difference. Maybe $20-30, at most to a $49 or so figure price.
