I preferred his concept art that was like crane in the shape of a Tyrannosaurus but I think they had to keep the back end of Hightower the big ratcheting elbow of Devastator so Hightower's head and arms are below it's crane arm making him more like a weird like scorpion man. Other than the legs theres little articulation and the crane arm only has limited up and down movement. I think Hightower suffered the most for Devastator, all that said you can mistranform him to look like that concept art.
