First, I've always gotten the impression that Cynthia maintains a bit of a double life, being much more lax and laid back during her off time, but being very formal during her on time. When she's on-duty doing champion stuff, probably just perfume and deodorant, possibly to somewhat excessive degrees, because you never can be too sure, and she likely plans around her most active at all times. I'm not quite sure if she'd go for a plain, traditional floral scent, or a more playful fruity one as an expression of her other side though.
While she's off though, I imagine she doesn't use anything. I imagine an ever so slightly acrid smell, almost more nose prickly than an actual aroma, as her scent, mixed with the usual skin and sweat smell, possibly with an ever so faint residual tinge of her on duty scent, due mostly to the volume with with it was applied, or else a hint of sunscreen or sea if she's enjoying some sun.
I can also imagine her picking up a hint of Caitlin's shampoo or detergent all over her body, pits included, during long breaks, where much napping, reading, and general rolling around and lounging together takes place, though I don't quite have an idea what those specific smells might be.
