She's not the greatest shit ever and Zinnia, Iris (only if you go balls deep investing in her tho) and now SSCynthia do outdamage her, but it's still fun to spam Draco Meteor under the rain and she can be surprisingly bulky with Dragon Guard and Rain Gear
Meanwhile Rayquaza fucks its own bulk up with it's trainer move and has to choose between Clearheaded or Dauntless, even with +6 speed and fast as fuck teammates Kommo-o does sometimes struggle with the energy bar and I couldn't be bothered to invest into Iris
