I'm convinced GF originally planned to give the player character the ability to climb like Link in BoTW, but at the last minute they decided it would be better if they locked it behind a ridable Pokemon, so they quickly made this thing, using the player character movement rig and called it a day.
Not to mention it's retarded typing, it has literal ice picks for hands and lives in cold regions just like reguar Sneasel, why the fuck is it fighting type?
