It's going to be able to run a half dozen sets, and you won't possibly be able to handle them all. The Unburden set also only needs to run like 28 speed EVs in order to outspeed nearly the entire game. You'll need a meme like scarf Dragapult to outpace it with that little investment.

Rillaboom still has U-turn and Knock Off and is a great check to Great Tusk, and unlike Pincurchin and Indeedee, its stats don’t suck shit.
If Torkoal is still used in OU because of Sun abusers, there are plenty of reasons to use Rillaboom in OU too with things like Breloom, Heatran, Kingambit, Ting-Lu, Iron Moth, Meowscarada, ect.
